Cooking: A Workshop

This workshop is done in installments and, at this point, we have had two sessions. The event is about showing people how to make vegan, gluten-free, seasonal, and local dishes. The chef, Monica Jerminario, teaches people about technique, food and flavor profiles, and other miscellaneous information. Everyone has a hand in creating the dishes, and after the event people have the opportunity to make the dishes at home as we provide them with recipe cards.
