Ashtanga as Art: Yoga

Ashtanga as Art: Yoga is executed in multiple sessions. The purpose is to show participants the art of yoga, relaxation, and meditation— generally to quiet the soul.

Here's some general info about the event...
The first 15 minutes are crucial to stretching your muscles and preventing injuries. There will be tea and light food for everyone after the session. ALSO, it does not matter your experience level since all poses can be adjusted to your personal preference and flex-ability (ha!). This session will be high-energy, meaning that we will be moving from pose to pose quickly. Frequent breaks and pose modification will be encouraged. Please familiarize yourself with the poses in Photos, wear appropriate clothing, and bring a towel or mat.

Date: Ongoing
Times: Varying
Location: State Street Studio
